This patient presented with a severe malocclusion (a bad bite), malpositioned teeth, and gum disease. Dr. Watson removed several teeth and fabricated a cosmetic removable appliance. This patient had many bad experiences with dentists as a child and was able to undergo sedation and get the smile she deserves. You would never know that this is a removable appliance.
