Consider this your friendly reminder. We hope to see you before the end of the year, especially if you haven’t received a dental cleaning and exam in the last six months.
This is important for everyone, but it can be particularly important for patients who have dental insurance. Most dental plans are set up to encourage preventive care. Depending on your policy, you may be able to get a checkup at little or no cost. After all, that’s why you are paying premiums.

Get What You’ve Been Paying For
If you are lucky enough to have dental coverage where you work, you have probably noticed that deduction on your pay stubs.
It’s not as much as some of the other deductions, but it is proof that you are paying for something. And if you are paying for something, then you should enjoy the benefits of that, right?
Now, we can’t say what the specifics of your particular policy are, but we are familiar with several providers. So, we know that they place a priority on preventive care.
We also emphasize prevention at our general dentistry. We would much rather help you avoid cavities and gum disease. At the very least, we want to catch and treat those problems before they can lead to bigger concerns requiring more complex treatments.
If you don’t make a dental appointment, then what are you paying for? Would you buy a car and not drive it? Would you get tickets to see the Bulldogs, Yellow Jackets, or Falcons, then skip the game?
We aren’t saying that going to the dentist the same as going to a football game, but the same idea applies. If you are spending your money on something, you should get what you’ve paid for — whether that’s a game or a cleaning.
We’ve Got You Covered
If you don’t have dental insurance, we still hope you stop in for a checkup. To make that a little easier, we offer flexible payment options for you.
We accept cash, credit cards, and checks. We also offer third-party financing through CareCredit for more expensive treatments.
But we are most excited about our in-house dental savings plan. Our standard adult plan includes a basic cleaning every six months, oral cancer screenings, and up to two exams annually. You also can receive X-rays when needed, including one emergency exam with an X-ray per year. If you do require additional care, you can receive a 10 percent discount as a member of our savings plan.
If you are a parent, you may want to look into our children’s plan. For adults with a history of gum health problems, we also offer a periodontal maintenance plan.
